About Attestation Runner
Attestation Runner (attestationrunner.sg) is a Singapore document concierge. We arrange notary public visits, file apostilles with the Singapore Academy of Law, and handle embassy legalisation for people and companies who would rather not spend their day doing it themselves. Our office is at 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987.
What we do, in one sentence
The legal act stays with a notary public; the running belongs to us. We book the notary, carry your documents, file them with SAL and the embassy, and bring them back — so a job that usually costs you two or three half-days off work costs you one signature.
We work across the whole of Singapore, seven days a week: weekdays 9 am – 9 pm, Saturdays 10 am – 6 pm, and Sundays and public holidays 10 am – 4 pm (by appointment).
The notaries public we work with
Notarial acts arranged through us are performed by notaries public appointed in Singapore. A notary public in Singapore is a senior lawyer appointed under the Notaries Public Act, and every document they notarise for use abroad is authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law. We work with notaries who can attend at homes, offices, hospitals and hotels, including in the evening and at weekends.

We are a concierge
We book the notary, carry and file documents, queue at embassies, track and deliver.
We are not a law firm
We are not a notary public either. We don’t give legal advice or draft legal documents; if your document needs that, we’ll tell you and point you to a lawyer.
No one signs for you
Signatures, oaths and declarations are always made by you in person before the notary — we bring the notary to you so that step is easy.
How we look after your originals
Every document is logged when we collect it, carried sealed by our own team, handed only to the notary, SAL or the embassy, and returned with tracking. Personal data is handled under Singapore’s PDPA, and our copies are deleted 3 days after delivery. Our full document security process.
