Trust · chain of custody

How We Handle Your Original Documents

When you hand us a passport, a degree certificate or a company’s records, you’re trusting us with something hard to replace. Every document follows the same chain of custody from the moment we collect it to the moment it’s back with you.

From pickup to return: chain of custody

  1. 1

    Logged at pickup

Each document is listed and photographed in front of you, and you get the list on WhatsApp.

  2. 2

    Sealed in transit

Documents travel in a sealed, tamper-evident envelope.

  3. 3

    Only official hands

Handed only to the notary, SAL or the embassy — by our own team, never a third-party runner.

  4. 4

    Logged at every handover

You get a message each time the document changes hands.

  5. 5

    Returned with tracking

By hand in Singapore or by tracked courier abroad, signed on delivery.

Sealed transport and courier tracking

In Singapore, documents are carried by our own team in sealed, tamper-evident envelopes; we do not hand them to sub-contracted runners or ride-hailing couriers. For overseas delivery we use tracked international express couriers and send you the tracking number as soon as the document is dispatched.

Who touches your documents

Only the runner assigned to your job, the notary public, SAL staff and embassy staff. Every team member signs a confidentiality agreement before handling client documents, and only the person assigned to your job carries them.

Copies we keep, and when we delete them

We keep photos or scans only while the job is open, so we can answer questions and prove what was handed over. Copies of your documents and the personal data in them are kept for 3 days after we deliver your service, then deleted. We never keep NRIC or passport images beyond that. NRIC and passport details are handled under Singapore’s PDPA. Privacy policy.

If something goes wrong

If a document is delayed, damaged or lost while in our care, we tell you immediately, explain what happened and help you get a replacement from the issuing office. If an original is lost or damaged through our own fault, we pay the official fee for a replacement or certified copy and redo our part of the job free of charge, as set out in our Terms.

Hand over your originals with confidence.

Logged, sealed, tracked and returned — tell us what you’ll hand over.
