Example: one power of attorney for India, signed at your home on a weekday, apostilled and returned to you = full concierge from S$249, with the notary and SAL fees already included. The same visit after 6 pm or at the weekend adds S$29.

What is charged at cost, and nothing more

  • Embassy fees, exactly as the embassy charges them
  • International courier, if you want the document sent abroad
  • ACRA extracts or government reprints, if a fresh copy is needed

We don’t add a margin to these; the receipt goes into your invoice.

Urgent and after-hours surcharges

Visits after 6 pm, on weekends, on public holidays or on the same day carry a surcharge of S$29. It is shown in the quote before you say yes. Weekend and evening notarisation is available. SAL apostille filing happens on the next working day. Urgent notary.

Paying, invoices and refunds

How do I pay?

PayNow, bank transfer or card — all online. Card payments may include a small processing fee.

When do I pay?

Official fees (notary, SAL and embassy) are paid before we lodge them, because we pay them out on your behalf and the authorities do not refund them. For our own fee you choose what suits you: pay in full upfront, pay a deposit and the balance on completion, or pay in full on completion before your documents are handed back. Companies can settle on a monthly invoice.

Do you charge GST?

Our fees are not subject to GST. Official fees are charged exactly as the authority sets them — the SAL fee already includes GST.

What if I cancel or something goes wrong?

Once work has started we don’t give refunds; we finish the job, and if a document needs to be redone because of our error we reissue it free of charge. Official fees already paid to a notary, SAL or an embassy can’t be recovered. Full details: refund and cancellation policy.
