Mobile Notary in Singapore — We Bring the Notary Public to You

If your document has to be signed in front of a notary public, you don’t have to go to a law office. We send a notary to your home, office or hotel anywhere in Singapore — on weekdays, evenings or weekends — and once you’ve signed, we take the document to the Singapore Academy of Law for its apostille and bring it back.

At home

Useful for parents with young children, or when several family members need to sign.

Several directors can sign in one sitting between meetings.

At your hotel

For visitors and executives in Singapore for a few days.

Gentle, unhurried visits for parents and relatives.

Hospital & home visits

We cover the whole island, from the CBD and Marina Bay to Jurong, Woodlands, Tampines and Sentosa.

Documents a visiting notary can witness

Anything that needs your signature, oath or declaration in front of a notary can be done during a visit.

No signature needed? No visit needed.

Jobs such as certified copies or apostilling a Singapore certificate don’t need a visit at all — our runner handles those.

What to have ready before the notary arrives

  1. 1

    Your NRIC or passport

Every signer is identified by the notary.

  2. 2

    The document, unsigned

You sign in front of the notary, not before.

  3. 3

    A quiet table

Plan 15–30 minutes; the notary may ask you to confirm you understand the document.

  4. 4

    Recipient instructions

Any template or checklist from the overseas bank, court or office.

  5. 5

    For companies

Proof the signer is authorised, such as a board resolution.

Evening and weekend visits

Most people who need a notary are working during office hours. Visits in the evening, on Saturdays and on Sundays are available by appointment. If your deadline is today or tomorrow, see urgent and weekend notary.

The visit fee and what it covers

You pay the official notary fee (S$115 for one signature with a notarial certificate), the SAL apostille (S$87.20 per document) and our visit fee from S$79 per visit. The visit fee covers the notary’s travel to your location; notarisation fees are separate and charged at the official scale. Extra signers or documents in the same visit are charged at the official scale, not as a new visit. Prefer one price? Our full concierge — visit, notarisation, SAL apostille and return delivery — starts from S$249 per document. Visits after 6 pm, at weekends or on public holidays add S$29. Full pricing.

After the signing: apostille and delivery

We collect the signed document on the spot and file it with SAL. When the apostille is issued — usually within 1–3 working days — we deliver it to you or courier it directly to the recipient abroad. If the destination doesn’t accept apostilles, we continue to the embassy for you. Apostille · Embassy attestation

Mobile notary questions

Is a notarisation done at my home as valid as one done at a law office?

Yes. The act is the same: an appointed notary public identifies you, witnesses your signature and issues the notarial certificate. Where it happens doesn’t change its validity.

Can my spouse and I sign different documents in the same visit?

Yes. Each signer brings their own ID; each document and signer is charged at the official scale.

Do you notarise documents over video call?

Singapore’s Oaths, Declarations and Notarisations (Remote Methods) Act 2023 allows some notarial acts to be done over a secure video link. In practice, most overseas authorities and banks still expect a document signed in person before the notary, so we arrange in-person visits as standard and use a remote option only where both the notary and your recipient accept it. Tell us who will receive the document and we’ll tell you which applies.

How much notice do you need?

A day or two gives you the most choice of times; same-day visits are often possible.

Your notary can be at your door this week.

Tell us what needs signing and where — we confirm a time and a fixed price.
