Several signatories, one sitting at your office

When three directors need to sign, finding a time they can all visit a law office is often the slowest part. We bring the notary to your boardroom at a time that fits your calendar, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. Each signer brings ID; the notary also needs to see that the signer is authorised to act for the company.

ACRA documents: direct e-Apostille or the notary route

ACRA documents issued in the OpenAttestation digital format from 4 March 2023 can be apostilled electronically by SAL without a notary. Older or printed documents go through a notary first. Some foreign recipients still want paper; we check what yours accepts before choosing the route.
